• 200 gr. ready-made spaghetti (good fit buckwheat or rice)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp butter
• salt, parsley

Heat olive oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Add onions, mixed with butter. On low heat cook it until the beautiful golden - brown. This will require a lot of time and onions have frequently stirring. Put the onion in a large container, add the spaghetti and mix well. In a mixer beat the eggs until fluffy, add a pinch of salt, then pour egg spaghetti with onions. 

spagettiIngredients:

• Spaghetti 200 g
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tomato,
• 1 onion,
• 1 clove garlic
• greens
• dried red pepper or chili.

Prepare the sauce:
Finely chop tomatoes, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, add olive oil, soy sauce and paprika. Stir and pour over spaghetti sauce.

• Vermicelli - 300g
• Shrimp (large) - 16 pcs.
• beans - 100g
• butter - 1 tablespoon
• vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
• Salt - to taste

For the sauce:
• bell pepper (yellow) - 2 pcs.
• Onions - 1 pc.
• Garlic - 1 clove
• vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
• Fish broth - 1 cup
• Thick cream - 2 tbsp
• balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp
• cayenne pepper, white pepper (ground), salt - to taste.

 

Vermicelli cooked in salted water, drain. Beans cook 3 minutes, drain. Shrimp cleaned, cut in half and fry in vegetable oil and salt. For the sauce, peeled peppers, onions and garlic are finely chopped, fried in butter, add broth, salt, white and cayenne pepper. Simmer 20 minutes, then rub through a sieve, season with vinegar, add whipped cream and warm.
