alla carbonara Ingredients:

• Spaghetti - 300g
• Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
• bacon - 200g
• dry white wine - 125 ml
• egg - 3 pc.
• Parmesan - 70g
• pecorino cheese - 30g
• Garlic - 3 cloves
• sea salt - 1 tsp
• Black pepper (ground) - to taste.
